Terms X Conditions

By browsing and using DPIPERTWINS website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions of use, which governs DPIPERTWINS relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

The content of the pages of this website, including product details and pricing, is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

DPIPERTWINS reserves the right at our discretion to make modifications to prices, policies and procedures. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

Payment

We accept payment through PayPal and all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your PayPal account or credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Processing Time

DPIPERTWINS will continue to make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, however, please note that order processing time may increase as every item is handmade. At the current moment all orders are running on a 2-PLUS weeks (10+ business days) processing/production time. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be granted.

Shipping: Domestic + International

We ship via USPS to the continental US and worldwide.

Once orders have shipped, please allow 1-5 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders), or 7-14 days (international orders). If you prefer faster delivery, please email dpipertwins@dpipertwins.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. All requests must be made PRIOR to your purchase.

DPIPERTWINS is NOT responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. DPIPERTWINS is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses entered into our system or on PayPal. Orders will be shipped to the address noted on your invoice unless you contact us with an alternative ship to address. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS First class mail and can take anywhere from a week to a month for delivery. We have no control over the delivery time for your order unless you upgrade to expedited shipping class that insures a specific shipping time and tracking information. Please review USPS shipment options below:

First Class Mail International is typically takes 1 to 2 weeks for arrival, but can take up to about 4 weeks so be prepared for that possibility. Some international First Class Mail shipments include a tracking number, but we have to be honest and tell you that they are essentially useless. Tracking information on international First Class Mail packages is not updated as the package leaves the United States, and sometimes even before. 

Priority Mail International is typically delivered in 6-10 business days, per USPS. It is generally a more reliable shipping method than First Class Mail International and includes a tracking number that is more often updated after leaving the United States. 

Priority Mail Express International is typically delivered in 3-5 business days, per USPS. This shipping option is a lot like Priority Mail International, just faster and more reliable. 

If you prefer faster delivery, please email dpipertwins@dpipertwins.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. All requests must be made PRIOR to your purchase.

All international orders must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. It is your responsibility to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package. We will not mark packages as ‘gifts’ on customs forms.

Insurance/ Lost/ Damages

DPIPERTWINS is NOT responsible for uninsured parcels which include indemnity against loss, damage, or missing contents. Coverage is calculated based on the weight of the parcel or the value of the contents, whichever is less. You can purchase insured mail service if available for an additional fee. Additional insurance limits vary by country. When international insurance is purchased, it replaces indemnity coverage. Individual country prohibitions and restrictions apply. Please email dpipertwins@dpipertwins.com PRIOR to placing an order if you wish to purchase insurance.

Our obligations have been fulfilled once your package has shipped. We keep all Certificates of Mailing.

Returns + Exchanges

We do NOT offer refunds on our products, but would be glad to offer you an exchange or store credit within the first seven (7) days of receipt of your order. Within the first 7 days of receipt, please email dpipertwins@dpipertwins.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist with the issue. Please note that before any exchange, store credit or replacement product is honored, we must receive the product back in our possession to inspect and determine its quality. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are in fact eligible for an exchange/store credit. All custom items, and sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges if your item has been worn, washed, or altered.

You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return/ exchange if the correct item was received. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we safely receive your order. Store Credits also exclude original all shipping costs.
